I recently read your editorial regarding President Bush not mentioning Korea’s support of the United States in Iraq. However regrettable that might be (and as an American I wish to apologize personally), for Korea to feel insulted is a bit strange, since you are notorious for this kind of treatment.My father lost an eye, his hearing in one ear and his friends because of Korea. Meanwhile, your countrymen burn our flag and insult us. Why does my father have to see this? Hasn’t he lost enough? Is this Bush gaffe a greater insult?
