[LETTERS TO THE EDITOR]More viewpoints needed

I read the article headlined, “As ‘386-ers’ age, support for Roh begins to wane,” by Shin Chang-un and Min Seong-jae, in the Oct. 4 edition of the JoongAng Daily.
I think people do not evaluate important government policies during the period when the ruling party tries to grasp political power.
The historical achievements of our generation will be evaluated by our descendants. So it doesn’t seem to be fair that only one comment by a sociology professor at Seoul National University is quoted in the article.
I think a one-sided story would have the most negative impact on our society. Therefore we need other opposing views.
