Six months have passed since the tsunami in the Indian Ocean and neighboring areas. Nearly 200,000 people died in this natural holocaust.
To assist in recovery activities, such as reconstructing destroyed shelters, countries from all over the world have participated in the aid program. At this time, such global involvement is needed for the continuing rebuilding of Iraq. For Iraq to form a stable society, global backing is necessary.
