Kim Sang-taek Cartoon

In a senior judges’ meeting, presided over by Supreme Court Chief Justice Lee Yong-hun, a senior judge yells “Step down” to the chief justice. A stream of water pours onto Mr. Lee. The cartoonist implies that Mr. Lee’s power is already leaking away, even though he has four and a half years left in office.
