[TALK OF THE TOWN]Festival brings award-winning film from Cannes and ‘Billy Elliot’ star


Hypertheque Nada at Dongsoong Art Center in Daehangno, central Seoul, has selected 37 independent films for its end-of-year festival, which starts today.

Films include “4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days,” which won the Golden Palm Award at last year’s Cannes Film Festival and “Hallam Foe,” starring British actor Jamie Bell, best known for playing the lead in “Billy Elliot” in 2000.
