Shall We Kiss? (15)

When picture framer Gabriel (Michael Cohen) and fashion designer Emilie (Julie Gayet) meet by chance, the two hit it off like old friends. He offers her a ride and they spend the evening talking, laughing and enjoying each other’s company.

But at the end of the night, Emilie refuses Gabriel’s offer of “a kiss without consequences.” Emilie admonishes him that the kiss could have unexpected results, and tells him a tale about her married friend Judith (Virginie Ledoyen), and her affair with a longtime male friend.



Asterix at the Olympic Games (12)

Adapted from the famous comic book, the film shows Asterix (Clovis Cornillac) and Obelix (Gerard Depardieu) on a mission to win the Olympic Games. They need victory to help their friend Alafolix marry Princess Irina (Vanessa Hessler). But Brutus (Benoit Poelvoorde) has many tricks up his sleeve to have his team win the game.

Will Asterix and Obelix succeed? Or will Brutus prevail and get rid of his father Julius Caesar (Alain Delon) in the process? The film features cameos from sport stars such as Michael Schumacher, Jean Todt, Zinedine Zidane and Tony Parker.



The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3 (15)

Walter Garber (Denzel Washington) is drifting through his daily routine when a group of heavily armed hijackers storm a New York City subway train and hold a bunch of passengers ransom. The criminals, led by Ryder (John Travolta), will begin executing the hostages if authorities fail to deliver the ransom.

Walter tries to rescue the passengers before they start the murder spree, but there is something about the situation that he does not understand. How can the armed men possibly escape from the subway tunnels without being caught? Is it the money they’re really after?

The movie, directed by Tony Scott and written by Brian Helgeland, is a remake of a 1974 thriller of the same name inspired by John Godey’s best-selling novel.

The old woman unleashes a goat demon called the Lamia on Christine. A neighborhood psychic says the demon will torment her for three days before taking her to eternal hell.

Winner of the Best Screenplay award at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival, the movie follows Lorna (Arta Dobroshi), an Albanian woman living in Belgium.

Lorna and her boyfriend want to open a snack bar, so they agree to a plan devised by mobster Fabio (Fabrizio Rongione). His scam is for Lorna to obtain Belgian citizenship through a false marriage with Claudy (Jeremie Renier). He also wants Lorna to get married to a Russian mafioso who will guarantee him a large reward. While Lorna’s feelings for Claudy grow increasingly stronger, it becomes clear that Fabio will do anything for his plan.



The Shinjuku Incident (18)

Taking place in the early 1990s, Chinese tractor repairman Steelhead (Jackie Chan) enters Japan illegally in search of his lost love, Xiu Xiu (Xu Jinglei). With his friend Jie (Daniel Wu), Steelhead stays in Shinjuku to try to make money. But when he learns that Xiu Xiu has adopted a Japanese identity and is married to a man named Eguchi, Steelhead is more than shocked.

Meanwhile, his friends from the Shinjuku streets urge him to be their gang leader, and Steelhead ends up forming an uneasy alliance with Eguchi.
