Yong Jun-hyung to release first solo song
Yong Jun-hyung of boy band Beast will release his first solo piece “Living Without You” on March 3. The song is a hip-hop track co-written and produced by the singer himself. It portrays the feelings of a betrayed lover toward his ex-girlfriend.Yong has taken part in producing and rapping on the songs of various artists, becoming a renowned producer in the industry.
Meanwhile, Yong will perform with Beast at the group’s concert “Beautiful Show,” which runs from Feb. 4 to 5 at Olympic Stadium in Seoul. The band’s agency announced in December that some 20 billion won ($17 million) had been budgeted for the show.
“There will be use of 3-D and other visual effects in the show. We are aiming for nothing less than the greatest visual arts spectacular,” said a representative from Cube Entertainment.
The concert will also aim to introduce new songs by the group unlike previous concerts where past hits were the focus.
