Seoul urged not to relax war on inflation despite good news
Seoul should not loosen its anti-inflation efforts even though growth in consumer prices declined to within the 2 percent range in March, a private think tank warned yesterday.Korea’s consumer price index rose 2.6 percent in March from a year earlier, slowing down from a 3.1 percent gain in February and marking the first time since August 2010 that inflation has fallen below 3 percent.
