Army officers tear down a barbed-wire fence around the Han River near Gimpo Bridge, Gyeonggi, yesterday. The fence was first installed 40 years ago to prevent infiltration from North Korean spies. All barbed-wire fencing around the Han River will be removed by the end of the year. [NEWSIS]
