A day for children


Ahead of Children’s Day, children invited by the Korean Army salute while touring the Army’s Kyeryongdae military headquarters in South Chungcheong yesterday. The Army has invited 2,000 kindergarten and elementary school students as well as children of North Korean defectors, and provided a series of entertainment including samulnori (Korean percussion) and military martial arts. The holiday is this coming Saturday, May 5th. By Kim Seong-tae
