Employees of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security hand out free fans to office workers yesterday morning in front of their office in Doryeom-dong, central Seoul, to promote energy conservation. The ministry is holding the fan campaign in front of government buildings in Gwacheon, Daejeon, Gwangju, Jeju and Chuncheon until September. [YONHAP]
