Green growth
Algae emerge yesterday in a river near a local reservoir in Changwon, South Gyeongsang. The reservoir stores about 280,000 metric tons of water from the Nakdong River every day. The algae, growing due to the recent drought, could contain toxins that pollute drinking water. [YONHAP]
