Dongduk college seeks int’l students
In a move to diversify its student body, Dongduk Women’s University will start recruiting full-time international students for next year.The school also has established programs for exchange students and short-term and long-term language training.
The admissions office stated that its international admissions team has proposed measures to generate a more diverse student population and will accept admissions for international students for the spring semester of 2013.
It will further open a Korean language institute in March of next year. The school will provide scholarship opportunities and housing priority for international students and will also have a buddy system, assign an adviser professor and make tutoring sessions and cultural excursions available to help students adjust to campus life.
