Sejong struggles
Some 80 residents of Cheotmaeul, the first residential area of Sejong City, gather in front of the new administrative city’s government complex yesterday to demand the apartment builders take responsibility for flaws in the buildings’ design and construction. Protesters claim there are numerous problems including heating, ventilation and insulation and called for the government to investigate the matter and punish those involved. [YONHAP]
