Centralize cybersecurity

Following massive cyberattacks on broadcasters and banks in March, the government and the ruling party began work to establish a law governing responses to future attacks. Some argue that the National Intelligence Service should be at the center of cybersecurity efforts, while others support the appointment of a special adviser who will work with other ministries.
