Actress Kim Jung-hwa, who married Yu Eung-seong, a composer and missionary, in August, is pregnant, Yu announced on his Facebook page yesterday.
“I was worried whether Kim would get depressed or sad as Oct. 31 was the day her mother died a year ago,” he said. “Then we got a delightful gift, a new life in my wife’s body, and the month that may have been filled with sadness turned into a joyful one.”
He said the couple is currently taking a trip in Cancun, Mexico, to celebrate becoming parents soon.
