A spy camera is hidden in the collar of a winter jacket to cheat on the Test of English for International Communication (Toeic) in Busan. The police arrested a 31-year-old man yesterday who wore the jacket while taking the test. As he marked his test paper with the correct answers, the camera transmitted a live feed to a broker outside the testing site. The broker watched the footage on his laptop and broadcast the correct answers to students taking the same test who were fitted with wireless earpieces. The 33-year-old broker and six students who paid for the help during the test were arrested yesterday. [NEWSIS]
