Foreigners living in Korea yesterday take the Test of Proficiency in Korean (Topik) at Dongguk University in Seoul. About 23,000 test-takers, both foreign and overseas Koreans, participated yesterday in the first Topik testing this year at 23 sites across the nation. By Kim Sang-seon
