MC the Max going on tour

Soft-rock group MC the Max has announced a tour of major cities around Korea in March and April.
The group, which recently broke a seven-year hiatus with its seventh album, “Unveiling,” has decided to perform live to thank fans for their support.
Although MC the Max has been away from the music scene since 2008, the group topped local charts with its song “The Wind That Blows” earlier this month.
The positive reaction surprised many local experts because the group did very little to promote the new release on television or in print.
“We wanted to pay back the love we’ve gotten from our fans for the album, so we decided to have a concert tour to celebrate the album’s release,” said the group’s agency.
“As the group’s live shows have always gotten good reactions, we hope many will be excited about the news.”
The tour locations announced so far include Seoul, Busan and Daegu. The Seoul concert is set for April 12.
