Girls’ Generation releases teaser video for ‘Mr. Mr.’
Korean girl group Girls’ Generation announced its much-anticipated comeback to the K-pop scene with a 40-second teaser video, according to the group’s agency SM Entertainment yesterday.Along with the teaser, the agency also announced that the group’s official comeback date will be Feb. 24, and the upcoming mini album’s lead-off track “Mr. Mr.” will be pre-released on Feb. 19.
The teaser video revealed the nine girls in mysterious places, such as an operating room in a hospital, and showed them dressed up in sophisticated outfits while wearing makeup.
Girls’ Generation won the Video of the Year award last year for “I Got a Boy,” beating out pop stars like Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga at the YouTube Music Awards.
