Playing with phones

A content developer demonstrates a toy that is connected to a smartphone at the newly opened Content Korea Lab in Daehangno, downtown Seoul, yesterday. The lab, created by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism offers government support for cultural content developers who are starting their own business by offering mentoring, networking and marketing help. Cultural content includes games, music, animation and fashion. The ministry plans to build eight more labs around the country by 2017. [NEWS1]
