Lena Park finally launches EP

Solo singer Park Jung-hyun, or Lena Park, released her new mini-album “Syncrofusion” yesterday, which was delayed due to the April 16 Sewol ferry disaster.
“The album will show Park’s attempt with diverse genres by collaborating with many artists,” said the singer’s agency, Blue Print Music, in a statement. “Through the album, listeners will be able to find a new side of Park both as a vocalist and an artist.”
American guitarist Paul Jackson Jr. injected his punk guitar sound into the three-track album’s lead song “Double Kiss,” a fast-paced rock tune.
The remaining two tracks are “Dream Sphere,” an English-language record that reflects traditional pop-genre elements, and the ballad “Next Year,” which was pre-released in April and topped several online music charts at the time.
Park will officially kick off promotional acts for the album from Saturday by appearing on MBC’s live program “Music Core.”
