Grand Hyatt IncheonUntil Oct. 31: Restaurant 8, located on the first floor of the Grand Hyatt Incheon East Tower, is launching its Discover Korea signature menu, which takes its guests on a journey to discover local culinary delights. Two different menus are available for lunch and dinner until Oct. 31. Meals start with pancake rolls, seasonal green salad and snow crab meat salad with yuja dressing, followed by Korean beef tartar, sweet pumpkin porridge, assorted Korean pancakes and Jedong beef stew. For dessert, seasonal fruits, rice punch, Korean crackers and Korean rice cake are served.
Vegetarian choices are also available.
Lunch is available at 66,000 won ($62) and dinner at 88,000 won. The vegetarian lunch is 55,000 won and dinner is 66,000 won, inclusive of 10 percent tax.

Until Nov. 30: The Brasserie buffet restaurant will serve a selection of autumnal wines this season. With a purchase of a lunch or dinner buffet, patrons will receive unlimited refills for red wine, white wine and beer, with no additional fee.

Until Nov. 30: The hotel has launched the “Last Minute Wedding” promotion, designed for couples seeking to enjoy a reasonably priced autumn hotel wedding planned at short notice.
Customers signing autumn wedding contracts will be offered a special wedding menu priced at 69,999 won per person, a 10 percent saving on alcoholic drinks and complimentary table candles to the value of one million won. This promotion is available for weddings with at least 250 guests. To mark the renovation of JW Marriott Hotel Seoul’s third-floor meeting rooms, customers holding small-scale wedding ceremonies on the third floor will be offered complimentary table flower decorations worth 700,000 won.

Until Nov. 30: Lotte Hotel Seoul’s Toh Lim and Momoyama are holding a DIY menu promotion until Nov. 30, which allows guests to create a custom menu. The Chinese restaurant Toh Lim offers the DIY dim sum set at a price of 75,000 won. The four-course menu is composed of chilled vegetables, main dishes, dim sum and dessert. Guests can choose from three to 16 selections for the main dish, such as king crab soup. The Japanese restaurant Momoyama offers the DIY menu at 80,000 won, which includes an appetizer, three kinds of sashimi, a main dish, rice or noodles and dessert. Guests can choose two out of nine savory autumn dishes for the main.
