G-Dragon part of new hip-hop group
YG Entertainment chose G-Dragon of Big Bang as its first member of YG Hip Hop Project 1 yesterday.
The full lineup of the three-member hip-hop group will be announced on Friday at midnight.
Since YG recently launched a new group consisting of solo artist Lee Hi and Lee Su-hyun of Akdong Musician, fans are looking forward to the complete version of the new hip-hop group.
YG produces music that is loosely based on hip-hop, but this is the first time the major entertainment company has formed a group that is fully dedicated to hip-hop.
