Adobe introduces a platform for marketing in the cloudAdobe said Tuesday that the company’s annual summit in the United States introduced Adobe Marketing Cloud.
The summit introduced mobile marketing and app developments as well as product designs. It also introduced Adobe Primetime, which is a multiscreen TV platform, and Audience Manager, which is a platform that manages Adobe’s data.
Brad Rencher, Adobe’s digital marketing senior vice president, said marketing is expanding beyond the marketing departments and now brings changes in the way companies interact with customers.
With better insight into their customers, the digital experience is bringing about changes, including the way people shop, open hotel room doors, interact with cars and even the way people purchase drinks from vending machines.
