Tablo to form hip-hop label
According to industry insiders who are in the know, Yang Hyun-suk, the head of YG Entertainment, always wanted to train more hip-hop musicians at YG but he couldn’t.
Thus he promised complete support to Tablo, who has been making and singing hip-hop music for so long, if he establishes a hip-hop label.
During a recent interview with OSEN, an online agency, Yang said, “YG’s roots are always in hip-hop. We always feel grateful for all the hip-hop musicians and this label would help and support underground hip-hop musicians.”
