GG to release single in Korea, Japan

테스트

Girls’ Generation will release the song “Catch Me If You Can” on April 10 in both Korea and Japan.

The track has been produced in both Korean and Japanese.

SM Entertainment, the girl group’s agency, said Thursday that it is planning to bring out the music video in both countries on April 10, too, but that the group’s upcoming album will come out on a different day.

While the Korean version of the album will go public with the single and music video, it will be released on April 22 in Japan.

The song is an electronic dance track, a genre that is gaining popularity these days.

SM Entertainment also mentioned that the music video has a strong performance that will instantly capture people’s attention.

The new album contains another song titled “Girls,” which is a type of ballad with a beautiful melody.

The record is the first since one of the group’s members, Jessica, left.

In advance of releasing “Catch Me If You Can,” Girls’ Generation released “The Best Live at Tokyo Dome” album in Japan on Wednesday. It contains their performances at Tokyo Dome last December.

Tokyo Dome is a concert hall in Japan that accommodates around 55,000 people.

Along with Girls’ Generation, many other popular acts such as Miss A, Big Bang and Exo are releasing their albums at similar times.
