Big Bang ready for next tour

The five-member boy group Big Bang is preparing for a new world tour following their much-anticipated comeback on April 25.
Big Bang’s agency, YG Entertainment, confirmed the project on Thursday via its official blog.
The tour will kick off in Seoul.
Big Bang held their first world tour in 2012, attracting more than 80 million people. At the time, they set the record as the first Korean entertainers to hold shows across a dozen countries.
Insiders say it is likely they will set new records with this tour, which will see the boys perform 70 concerts across 15 countries.
The shows, which will run into 2016, are expected to attract 140 million fans.
From Korea, the tour will move to China, Japan, then Southeast Asia and America.
Internationally recognized staff members will also take part in the tour.
Roy Bennett, who has worked as the lighting and production designer for many international celebrities, including Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Rihanna, will serve as the creative director in Big Bang’s upcoming tour.
Ed Burke, Beyonce’s long-time videographer, will also share creative director duties.
