Infinite teases comeback
“Each member of the boy band has been actively taking part in diverse projects from solo activities to acting. After these varied experiences, they were able to develop themselves a step further,” said a person affiliated with the boy group’s talent agency, Woollim Entertainment.
“Even though the specific date has not been determined, they are almost ready for their comeback.”
As it is the act’s first album since their last record, “Be Back,” was released last July, they’ve reportedly spent much time on their new record.
In addition, Infinite will hold a concert titled “Infinite Effect” at Olympic Gymnasium in southern Seoul on August 8 and 9. The upcoming event showcased the boy group’s popularity, as so many fans accessed the website at the same time to reserve tickets that the server crashed.
Since the boy band debuted in 2010, they have been actively pursuing their musical careers. Members of the group, however, have diversified their careers by engaging in solo activities. Leader Kim Sung-kyu released his second solo single, “27,” in May. Hoya has been appearing in various drama series including “Mask” (2015) and “Reply 1997” (2012).
