Second Lone Star hearing takes place in Washington, D.C.

The second hearing on the international arbitration filed by Dallas-based private equity firm Lone Star against the Korean government was held at the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (Icsid) between June 29 and July 7, the Korean government said on Wednesday.
The third hearing for closing arguments is expected to take place in January at The Hague.
Lone Star has asked the Icsid for 5.13 trillion won ($4.5 billion) to recoup its losses after the Korean government delayed the approval of the sale of its stake in Korea Exchange Bank.
