Mobile version of Lineage 2 being developed jointly
Game developer Netmarble Game announced Wednesday that it is developing jointly with NCSoft a mobile version of the popular role-playing game Lineage 2.Lineage is the game that helped NCSoft become Korea’s No. 2 game company.
Netmarble Games senior advisor Bang Jun-hyuk said that once it is developed, the mobile Lineage 2 will be the world’s first mobile MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role playing game).
The game is being developed under the name “Project S.”
Bang added that another joint game development “Project N” will start next month.
The game is expected to make its official debut next year.
