Exo to release a new single in JapanExo will unveil their first Japanese single on Nov. 4.
One of the most revered Korean boy groups first announced their plan to release a Japanese album on Sunday, when they attended the biggest Japanese summer music festival, “a-nation stadium fes.”
Even though Exo has not yet made an official debut in the neighboring country, their popularity has soared there. They set the record for the shortest time between debut and holding a so-called dome tour for a foreign act.
Exo’s dome performances are scheduled for Nov. 6 to 8 at the Tokyo Dome and Nov. 13 to Nov. 15 at Osaka’s Kyocera Dome.
Due to their explosive popularity in Japan, Exo will stage additional concerts at Marine Messe in Fukuoka on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1.
A few of the tracks that have elevated the group to popularity include “Growl,” “Call Me Baby” and “Love Me Right.”
