The Gyeongju National Research Institute of Cultural Heritage is holding an exhibition on artifacts, mostly Buddhist sculptures, found at the site of the Sacheonwang Temple in Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang. The temple is believed to have been built by Monk Yangji, who was also an important sculptor from Korea’s Silla Dynasty (676-935). The exhibition runs until Dec. 31.
