E-commerce platform TMON offers customers free returns
TMON, a leading e-commerce platform, said Tuesday that it will offer free returns for its customers. This is the first time that an e-commerce provider has provided such support for all consumers. TMON has so far only covered the delivery fees of returns made by its VIP members. But now, it will extend the coverage towards any customer. The company explained the move is intended to lower barriers that consumers might feel in using the platform. Products covered include fashion items, groceries and cosmetics. TMON excluded “sensitive products,” such as frozen food items and overseas goods.
