The fight between the pro-Park Geun-hye camp and everyone else in the ruling Saenuri Party over nominations for the April 13 general election is heading to a climax. After Nomination Management Committee Chairman Lee Hahn-koo and veteran lawmaker Suh Chung-won, both pro-Park members, backpedaled on Chairman Kim Moo-sung’s earlier vow to introduce a 100 percent bottom-to-top nomination system this time - instead of “strategic nominations” - Kim wouldn’t budge an inch.
