June 9-18: Millennium Seoul Hilton’s flagship international buffet and all-day dining restaurant, Cafe 395, is pleased to welcome two guest chefs from Singapore, courtesy of the Orchard Hotel in Singapore.
The chefs will introduce Hokkien-style food to Cafe 395. Hokkien cuisine is one of China’s eight major cuisines. Early Chinese immigrants from Fujian Province moved to Singapore and Malaysia and brought their cooking traditions with them, which merged into Hokkien-style food. Singapore is world-renowned for its vibrant and exciting cuisine, which draws influences from its diverse surrounding countries. Some of the most exciting dishes from the two guest chefs will be Black Pepper Crab, Chilli Crab, Katong Laksa, Bak Kut Teh, Chicken Rice, Deep-Fried Pork Balls, Assorted Satay, and Rojak.
Don’t miss this opportunity to try Hokkien cuisine! The buffet is priced at 91,000 won per person.
