A mix of music and nature is on offer at this weekend’s Rainbow Island Festival, which takes place on Jara Island in Gapyeong County, Gyeonggi. People can also enjoy camping, a flea market and even a campfire at the site. See FESTIVAL, below. [VU ENT]

Jara Island
Saturday to Sunday: For those who want to enjoy music and nature, this festival held on Jara Island in Gapyeong County, Gyeonggi, is for you.
Artists Kiha & The Faces, 10cm, Idiotape, Sweden Laundry and many more will take to the stage as well as busking sites. Other activities such as campfires and a flea market will add to the experience.
Tickets are now on sale for 66,000 won.

Songdo Pentaport Park
Aug. 12-14: Beginning in 2006, this annual festival has been inviting top acts to Korea every summer, including Psy, Muse and the Prodigy.
This year, the festival is back once more with Nell, Suede, Weezer, Panic! at the Disco, Two Door Cinema Club, Zion.T and many more.
Tickets are on sale for 117,000 won for one-day entry, 162,000 won for two-day entry and 198,000 won for three-day entry at the early-bird price.
