[New Release] LEE HAN-CHUL

테스트

The singer-songwriter Lee Han-chul returns with a regular album full of tracks related to summer. Lee debuted in 1995, and the veteran singer’s skills are evident in the way he crystallizes the mood of the season into the album. As the title indicates, the tracks are all about summer and its ambience.

The melodies are vivacious and include exotic beats with Latin rhythms that add to the excitement. Some listeners will likely be reminded of times they played on the beach as young kids.

The title track “Maybe, We” explores the emotions of a person who has a secret crush on someone who already has a lover. It takes place on a warm summer night, when even a cool breeze can’t soothe his hot, sorrowful heart.

Another memorable track is “Like Summer,” which is both sweet and relaxing at the same time. It features the lyrics “I like summer, I like You,” and features endearing shout-outs to the tastes of summer, with calls of “ice cream!” that keep the mood bright.
