Freight trains stand idle on Monday at a yard in Busan as the railway labor union continued a strike that began on Sept. 27. The Korea Railroad Corporation reported that the operating rate for freight trains dropped to 30 percent while the operating rate for the KTX passenger bullet train was maintained at 100 percent.
