South Korean Navy and Marine Corps carry out a joint landing drill in a coastal area in Pohang, North Gyeongsang, on Thursday, using a Korea Amphibious Assault Vehicle (KAAV). The exercise, which mobilized roughly 2,600 soldiers and 300 military assets, including the KAAV, a K-55 howitzer and a K1 tank, simulated the deployment of forces and transportation of equipment in case of an amphibious landing.
