A 12-meter-high (39-foot) Christmas tree stands in the center of the “byeolmadang” (star yard) library at COEX Mall in Gangnam District, southern Seoul. The tree, set up on Thursday, was decorated by Globall Concept, a company from Belgium that had also worked on Christmas trees at Galeries Lafayette department store in France. [YONHAP]
