GOT7 announces March album release

테스트

Idol group GOT7 will drop a new album in March, its management agency said Monday.

The seven-member group unveiled the plan at fan meetings held at a Seoul university from Saturday to Sunday, JYP Entertainment said. But details of the album, including its title and exact release date, have not yet been given. After the release, the boys plan to have a promotional tour of the Americas, Europe, Southeast Asia and Seoul in May, the agency added.

Debuting in 2015 with its first EP, “Got It?,” GOT7 has been garnering huge popularity not only in South Korea but also in Thailand, Hong Kong and the United States.

In 2017, the multinational band released its sixth EP, “Flight Log: Arrival,” led by the single “Never Ever.” The album is the third and final part of the group’s “Flight Log” album series. The group also released its seventh EP, titled “7 for 7,” featuring the chart-topping single “You Are” later in the year. Both albums sold over 300,000 copies. Yonhap
