‘Good’ at last

The sky was blue over Gwanghwamun in central Seoul on Wednesday, when air quality for the city finally returned to a “good” level, with fine dust levels at 9 micrometers as of 1 p.m. yesterday, according to the Korean Environment Corporation. It is the first time since March 21 that air quality was “good” nationwide. [KANG JUNG-HYUN]
