Foreign tourists wait for a duty-free store in Seoul to open its doors on Tuesday morning. According to the Korea Tourism Organization, 403,000 Chinese tourists came to Korea this March, an 11.8 percent year-on-year increase. It was the first increase since the Chinese government banned group tours to Korea last March. Though duty-free stores changed their tactics to cater to Chinese daigou, people who purchase large amounts of goods to resell, their profits declined due to cutthroat competition. [YONHAP]
