KJD finance reporter wins annual award
The Foreign Language Newspapers Association of Korea recognized four outstanding reporters at the Korea Press Center in central Seoul on Tuesday.Park Eun-jee, a financial reporter at the Korea JoongAng Daily, was selected as one of the outstanding reporters of the year during the event celebrating the third anniversary of the association.
Park was credited with providing insight into Korea’s evolving economic landscape and the future financial industry in Korea.
The other awardees were Yang Sung-jin from the Korea Herald, Park Si-soo from the Korea Times and Gao Bingbing from the Aju Business Daily.
Ryu Kwon-ha, president of the Foreign Language Newspapers Association of Korea and executive editor of the Korea JoongAng Daily, presented the awards.
Reporters from the association’s four member newspapers were present to commemorate the anniversary.
