Exo chosen to promote Korea to the world
The K-pop boy band is taking part in the Korea Tourism Organization’s new promotional video series “Korea asks you: Have you ever?”
The Korea Tourism Organization chose six different themes for their promotional videos, which will star different members of the group - history and tradition, daily lives of Koreans, adventure, trends, healing and the Korean wave.
“Exo is popular both in and out of Korea, and has a great number of fans in Japan, China and even in parts of North America,” said the Korea Tourism Organization. They added that “Exo will use their talents to their fullest to promote Korea to the world.
Starting with a teaser video released earlier in the day, the tourism promotion agency plans to showcase the clips via various channels, including YouTube and Facebook, through the end of this year.
