SM Entertainment, home to K-pop superstars like Exo and Red Velvet, are set to introduce a new boy band this month.
“Our new Chinese group WayV will be debuting in January,” the agency announced Monday.
The members include Kun, Winwin, Ten and Lucas from the boy band NCT as well as three new singers, Xiao Jun, Yangyang and Hendery. Although the group is debuting in China under the Chinese agency Label V, they will be actively performing in other countries as well.
The group may also be performing as part of the group NCT, according to the agency.
SM Entertainment will be releasing video teasers throughout the month to introduce each group member.
