Big Hit says BTS album is on its way
After rumors spread online about boy band BTS’ possible new album release in April, their agency, Big Hit Entertainment, confirmed that an album is coming soon, but did not specify a release date.“BTS is currently preparing a new album,” their agency Big Hit Entertainment said Monday. “The release date will be announced soon.”
If the rumors are true, the album will be the band’s first album released this year. Their most recent release, “Love Yourself: Answer,” came out last August.
BTS is heading back to the United States to kick off its “Love Yourself: Speak Yourself” tour in Los Angeles in May.
On Sunday, the group hosted “RUN ARMY in ACTION” at Seoul Plaza located in front of Seoul City Hall, central Seoul. The event was attended by more than 10,000 fans and was part of the band’s global campaign called “Armypedia,” which is a celebration of the band’s past activities.
