Businessmen ask for help at a business support center at Seoul City Hall on Monday. The Seoul city government Monday said it is offering consultations for businesses affected by the new export restrictions by the Japanese government. The Seoul government plans to provide loans with low interest rates of 1.5 percent to companies affected by the intensifying conflict between the two countries, as well as other services that include the suspension of some local taxes such as property taxes for a maximum of one year.
