Hanwha Precision Machinery exhibited three collaborative robots during the China International Industry Fair held in Shanghai from Tuesday through Saturday, hoping to increase its presence in the country.
The fair is one of the largest industrial exhibitions in China, with some 2,500 companies and 160,000 visitors taking part.
“China is the first overseas market Hanwha entered after releasing collaborative robots,” said Ra Chong-sung, head of the robot business division at Hanwha Precision Machinery. “We believe China could be a bridge for entering other global markets as we expand our business to Europe, the United States and Southeast Asia.”
The company demonstrated how its collaborative robots - HCR-5, HCR-12 and HCR-3 - can polish things and pick up things during the fair.
